Great location - Close to everything you want
The hotel is very easy to locate and right down the road from the pier. Very walkable to restaurants and across the street from the beach and the major public parking area.
Check in was super simple and the woman at the front desk was very nice.
The was originally supposed to be a family trip, so I booked a double room, but ended up coming solo. Even if I had brought the fam with me, the room was plenty large enough that we would have each had enough space without walking into each other.
The room was clean. The interior of the room can appear dated, but no issues here because the beds were comfortable, the TV worked and the shower/bathroom was just fine.
There was some noise from passerbys and cars through the night, but totally bearable and I felt safe. The room even had a balcony that overlooked the pool on the side opposite the doorway to the room.
Check out was simple, too. Parking was a breeze. I'm low maintenance, so I was thrilled with the booking. Great price for exactly what I needed. If you need luxury, look somewhere else, but this was perfect for my purposes and if I run the Tybee Run Fest again, I will definitely book here.
