The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get everywhere. The front desk personnel were extremely fast and nice and offered snacks upon check in. There were also chocolates in our room. Spent five days at Coast Metro Vancouver for a family vacation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with several positives: reasonably priced, spacious rooms, a lovely courtyard for relaxing, convenient location, free parking, great customer service, and complimentary filtered water and coffee. A few downsides: the area has heavy traffic, cleanliness was average, we encountered a few silverfish bugs in the room (not a major issue for me), and the soundproofing could be improved.
