Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel is not good. We stayed one night and then left. The courtyard is cute, but the overall condition of the hotel is not good. The employees are very nice, but it definitely needs some work.

Needs some TLC
The room was adequate in size. The bed and bedding were amazing. The room appeared to have new flooring installed. The chest had two broken drawers. The bedside table top was damaged and peeling. The bathroom vanity was particle board and obviously had water damage on the bottom and was destroyed. The screen in the bathroom window was covered in dust. The wood trim around the doors were in great need of sanding and paint. The lamp shade had stains on it and needed replacing. Again the bed and bedding were AMAZING! The rest of the room needs some TLC.

Cheap place by the beach.
This was a great location. I liked how the entire middle of the property is a huge outdoor space with a pool. We did not use the pool it was really cold. Close to the beach and down town Venice. I had breakfast at the attached restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty : ) Our room 124 needs at least one new bed. It was almost comical how much it squeaked when my friend was trying to get settled for bed. Upgrades are needed but I would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy
Its an older property but everything worked and it was clean. Could use bed upgrade to something a bit softer but again it worked. I really enjoyed the enclosed pool, patio area. Parking is very tight. The cafe is really good too. They still use old school room keys.. I miss those.

this place sucked
the building was very old and you can hear the guests in the next room to yours like you where in the same room. The people in the next room to mine coughed all night and I did not sleep very well at all. The next night in the room on the other side was rented to 3 guys that smoked pot and made the room I was in smell like pot and they stayed up most of the night talking so I could hear the hole conversion they where having. the room was not cheep and I feel that could have had a better experience at Motel 6.

Clean little gem
Room was exceptionally clean. Only improvements would be thicker towels and softer pillows. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Poole area was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was efficient and very helpful...came to our room immediately to fix and issue with our TV. Adjacent restaurant was very busy (breakfast and lunch only) and food looked great. We did not have time to dine there.
