Although not bad, it seemed to me the hotel had better times. Some parts seemed a little old and not quite well mantained. Breakfast was good, but not great. Service at the counter was a little harsh, since they tried to charge us an extra amount for the cleansing of a blanket (we had an accident), and that request was not done very kindly. The stay was not bad, but I've had better service in other nearby hotels of similar price in Mexico City.

Decent stay
Location was perfect ! Just a short walk from restaurants/ main attractions. The breakfast included in the hotel is a great value we loved it! The staff was great and helpful! Only true complaint and this is probably something that I missed because I didn’t read but the specific room we were in did not have an air conditioner and the fan that was in the room only worked with the light on (it was weird). But overall it wasn’t hot outside at night so it wasn’t awful, however it might have been worse in the summer months. Overall I would stay here again I would just double check the fan or ac are included!

Cosy, clean, views, great location!
Great room, decor, cosy bed, nice sheets, hot water with a lot of pressure in shower, beautiful tree and street views from the large window, lots of natural light. Excellent service from Sa'id. He got me a hair dryer. Delicious restaurant downstairs. Recommend the arrachera for lunch and the mushroom omelet with enmoladas for lunch. The mole is incredible and coffee is good. Hotel doesnt normally have a hair dryer. Light pours in the side of the black out window from street lamp all night in the room we had. Curtain needs to be wider and closer to window.

No hay estacionamiento, tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle. La habitación que nos asignaron, era muy pequeña y muy diferente a las fotos que muestran. Hacía mucho frío y no había cobijas adicionales. La relacion calidad/precio, no es la mejor. El personal fue muy atento y amable.
