The hotel was not nearly as nice as advertised. The rooms were dirty, the towels smelled bad, there was mold in the bathroom and no towels were provided at the pool. After speaking to the hotel staff about cancelling the second night we were informed it was not possible due to Expedia policy. We were forced to leave without any due course. We ask Gran Garbi Hotel to contact Expedia and rectify the situation.

L'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral de l'hĂŽtel est obsolĂšte. Les chambres sont dans le mĂȘme style. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est immangeable (qualitĂ© de la nourriture pitoyable). Bref, j'en garde un horrible souvenir et je n'y retournerai jamais plus. Mon avis sera publiĂ© et je ne manquerai pas de communiquer cet hĂŽtel de trĂšs bas niveau par rapport aux 4 Ă©toiles annoncĂ©s (en France cet hĂŽtel aurait obtenu 1 seule Ă©toile).

Personnelles de l accueil extra, mais chambre trop petite, pour 4 ,nous avions 4 lit en90 aligner, impossible de bouger. DĂ©coration affreuse. Oreillers mou et fin...clim qui gait du bruit et si vous ouvrez la fenĂȘtres, le bruit de dehors vous empĂȘche de dormir...Restauration ...passable. Prix des boissons au bar excessif . Il faut sortir de l hotel pour aller a l aquasplach,pas pratique du tous.

HĂŽtel agrĂ©able, propre, bien gĂ©rĂ©, chambre simple mais confortable. PlutĂŽt calme en avril. Beaucoup de familles et de retraitĂ©s. Demi pension simple mais variĂ©e et agrĂ©able. Bien gĂ©rĂ©e par les cuisto et le personnel de salle. Bar sympa mĂȘme si l'animation peut ĂȘtre bonifiĂ©e. Spectacle de Flamenco moyen, musique classique moyen aussi. Top en revanche les danses du monde. Situation au top dans Lloret.

Ne mĂ©rite pas l’appellation quatre-Ă©toiles. Surtout que le mĂ©nage est mal fait, et la nourriture est Ă  peine potable. Mais le personnel reste accueillant. Établissement tres tres bruyant . Les portes claquent en permanence cest infernale. Le personnel de chambre est tres bruyant aussi ,on les entend tres tot parler et rire et claquer les balais . Man kann zum GepĂ€ck Ausladen nicht einmal vor dem Hotel anhalten da es eine sehr sehr schmale Straße ist, da wĂ€re dann der Verkehr gestoppt. Die Zimmer waren sonderlich sauber. Die Toilette war verwackelt und eine Gefahr fĂŒr Kinder da meine Tochter kurz vorm kippen war. Das Zimmer wurde als 4 Bett Zimmer angeboten jedoch wurden zwei Feldbetten mit dazu geschoben und meine Kinder hatten es ziemlich unbequem und hatten am nĂ€chsten Tag RĂŒckenschmerzen. Die safebenutzung wurde pro Tag mit 5 Euro ausleihgebĂŒhr angeboten was total unverschĂ€mt ist, ein Safe im Zimmer sollte inbegriffen sein. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr schlecht. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich einladend und die Service KrĂ€fte waren nicht besonders freundlich und hatten auch keine Lust auf ihren Job dies konnte man unschwer erkennen. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, jedoch ziehe ich meinen Fazit das wir diesen Ort nie wieder besuchen werden und ich ihn niemand empfehlen möchte. Wir sind am nĂ€chsten Tag wieder abgereist, dies war einfach eine Zumutung.
