I can't even begin with this. My family and I got a suite room (with husband and toddler) which comes with a pull out couch. My husband and child found a unbearable cr**k pipe. Which the front lady/manager said is I'm sorry, I'll get maintenance but she decided to come herself. And after she left I've found a vape pen under the bed... I'm so irritated. I have pictures. She offered to move rooms or leave hotel and will refund 1 night but where would we go when she said other hotels are worse so i wasnt trying to leave but apparently since I booked it online with hotels.com I cant get no refund, so either move rooms, but who knows how that room is since this room wasn't thoroughly clean, or have cleaning people thoroughly clean again. Pleasantly surprised
The room was clean, big and the shower had amazing water pressure. I stayed there for work and to go to a concert at Morongo, which is only 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Worst Hotel for me !!!!!
I requested a peaceful quiet room w/ view. No one in the front desk when we checked in after 4PM, we have to ring the bell. Front staff assigned us to Rm. 319 which is located right on the FREEWAY, extremely noisy at night, unable to sleep. Worst part of it was the EXTREMELY NOISY AIRCON/Heater. Bathroom doors making a loud noise when opening/closing doors, showers clogging, chairs uncomfortable & dirty. Rooms no decors, curtains looks & feels dirty, no coffee, fridge not cooling properly. This is the WORST HOTEL I’d stayed in my lifetime…NO Holiday Inn for me in the future trips. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
