A incredibly large room that offers a separate area for the bedroom via blinds. The bathroom is separate from the shower room which was nice. Complimentary basic breakfast to get you going for the day!

The room is a standard size room. The bed was a double so enough room for two people. The bathroom is smaller than usual but got the job done. The hotel is in a quiet area so that was a nice break from Shibuya. They have luggage service too.

Overall the stay was quite average, the name of the hotel is rather confusing as its not actually in shinjuku its in shin-okubo. The free breakfast was nice, would have been great to see some condiments like jam for their croissants(ended up buying some from the lawson nearby).

A decent stay.
Stayed 1 night before heading to the airport. The room was quite spacious but the bathroom was probably the smallest of all hotels during my stay in Japan. The bed comfortable and the bedding was clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle and very safe. Breakfast was very basic; croissants, 3 types of cereal, and a variety of juices.

Small room with and even smaller bathroom. Dated but very clean. Staff was on hand at all times. Washer/dryer worked well. Breakfast was coffee, tea, cereal, croissants and juice. Fresh and plentiful. A good location for exploring the area.

It was a nice cozy room that had transportation near by and the lawson that was in the corner came in clutch for snacks during a rainy day. I didnt have an umbrella and the staff let me borrow one for the day. Its a 6 minite walk from their main street. So getting food and essentials is close by in case you need some last minute things. The breakfast was a cool add on. You can have 3 different cereals, 5 different kinds of juices, coffee, and a croissant. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. This location made my first trip to Japan easy. Thanks to the staff for all the help.

Budget smoking room expected it to smell like cigarettes, carpets could use an update because of staining. Lots of extras, kettle, chargers, adaptors, air fresheners, complimentary tea. Didnt spend much time in the room except for sleeping, great location, quiet but also within walking distance to train station. Staff at reception very friendly. Overall great budget travel options, i would book there again.

Pros: - nice quiet location off the busy street - free breakfast but not really any options. - spacious hotel room - nice view from my room Cons: - Room was smelly like it needed to be aired out - bathroom is super cramped and small I’m 5ft and I still was hitting everything. - bit of a walk to the train after a long day - WiFi only works in lobby - The “baggage hold” is literally just you putting your suitcase in the staircase. No security or anything
