Although the hotel is working hard on a remodel, my stay was pleasant and the staff was phenomenal. Close to downtown with restaurants and other necessities.

For a very old property, this is a decent value for the price paid. The lobby and breakfast area are clean. The rooms are clean, but not modern. It was quiet and the bed was comfy so it met my needs. I could see that not all rooms, or areas of the property had been addresses by the current owners. Again, my room met my needs at a price that was fair for my usage.

Staff member I dealt with was kind and friendly. They were doing renovations so it’s wasn’t tiptop shape but still nice.

2/10 Poor

The bathtub had hair in the drain and clearly hadnt been cleaned or rinsed out. I rinsed it the best I could (I had to take a shower). When I got out of the shower I realized there were no bath towels, and I had to dry off with a hand towel. There were two lamps for light, one of which was burnt out. The kleenex box was empty and there was no soap at all (hand or bath). The worst hotel stay of my life, biggest waste of money!!

This hotel was undergoing remodeling although nothing indicated this on their web page. The pool was drained and had what appeared to be mold growing on the deck. The ice machine according to the front desk had been out of order for two months. Room had cereal on the rug. Very limited breakfast items. Would not stay here again.

2nd time book!
Had to come back to this town and booked at the same place because the owner lady was so kind understanding and helpful. Breakfast once again pretty good options! My room was a lot nicer now and my tv & a/c worked normally!

The price of the property was good but the property was not worth staying in at all and thereby leaving me with no choice but to not stay

I didn’t like that the advertised 6am included breakfast was completely unavailable, including no personnel on station at all at 6am. Absolutely no options, signs, communication etc.

Never Again
You get what you pay for & then expect even less. Money & elbow grease needs to be used on this place. Also, I can not prove someone was in my room when I was not around but a lamp was switched off that I did not touch & I was missing a small bottle of makeup that must have been broken & tossed out. I will not stay there again.

Do not stay ..
Horrible stay.. from, no ice machine (broke) no soap in room, all but 2 out of the 5 outlets worked.. they advertised free breakfast, husband goes down & they say “sorry, not offering it today” Internet was horrible.. I understand it was a budget hotel, but come on..

2/10 Poor

I would give this place 0 starts if I could. Nobody at the front desk, the facility looks like it was the set for a Resident Evil film, my room was maybe 1 star, but the bathroom was just incredibly disgusting. I slept on the floor since I could swear I saw a bug (perhaps a bed bug) crawling on the sheets as I was examining the bed. This hotel is only $65 - $75/night. There is a reason for that. Motel 6 is likely better than this hell hole. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU AHVE NO OTHER CHOICE!

Actually Kinda Decent
The breakfast surprised me. Nothing cooked but they had fruit, bars, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice. etc The a/c was fallen apart by the time I got there, the entry light was out, my door didn’t have a safety lock, I had the space for a fridge, but didn’t have a fridge and only one of my outlets worked so I had to alternate between the microwave and the TV not that the TV was very useful. I only got the news and pbs kids. The “neighbors” were also very loud with their dog & baby, & smoking pot inside, BUT she made it allll up by letting me check out at 3 PM due to work schedule. 😀 Thank you.

2/10 Poor

Completely discussed by everything I seen in my few min of being there. I was ignored for 30 minutes at the front desk the disrespectful woman at the desk saw me twice and shoved here dirty finger in my face to tell me to wait then proceeded to have a conversation over the phone and helper someone that came in after me. There was no breakfast tho I don’t think I would have ate there. Then I walked 10 minutes looking for me room to find out I she have given me the wrong number on the card, but on my walk to find my no exciting room I saw window with mold frowning on the inside for them broken glass drilled door trash empty beer cans not one trash bin everything was just on the carpet exposed wiring for electrical outlets and lights. Exposed nail and more. When i finally get in my room that I guess was mine the window had been dented form being pried open from the out side screen too there was a pungent smell of moth ball and mold the bedding and sheets looked like there was somebody laying on them and were rubbed down like when you over use sweatpants and get those fuzzy balls of cloth. The desks and furniture had a matte color layer of dust covering them I sat my book bag down and accidentally clean it off which lifted a lot of dust up there where old used cup behind the desk and I a dead rat in the heating unit all while the whole hotel was still having patch work I mean I tried to get health services to go shut this place down but I could find the right people to call.
