Well, where to begin… when we arrived there were two patrons ahead of us.The lady that was first in line was arguing with the desk clerk about something. Whatever it was, I don’t know, I minded my business. The woman left angry. The man ahead of me tried giving his two cents about the issue. My turn came up, we were given our key and went our merry way. We dropped our belongings and walked out the door to do what we came to do. Upon our return we were exhausted and were looking forward to a good night sleep. Well, here’s where we realized how nasty this place was. The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in ages and there was mold all around the tub. The floors were nasty dirty and sticky. The walls had dirty handprints. The light switch: gross! The faucet was loose, dirty and moldy. The kitchen cabinets had nasty dripping stains. The sofa in the living was nasty… NASTY!!… Worn, stained and dirty. The bed sheets were stained and had hair on them and tiny dark particles that resembled coffee grains. The platform were the bed was laid were nasty dirty with some unknown dripping stains on the base. We looked for another hotel nearby and they were all booked or way out of our budget, otherwise we would have just left. We didn’t even try asking the front desk to be moved because we were not going to win that argument, plus I don’t think this was an isolated situation judging by the stairs and breezeways. We will never stay here again!

I booked this place last minute while evacuating FL due to hurricane Milton and all I wanted was a hot shower and a clean place to sleep and this was not that at all. My shower was freezing cold. The ceiling had water damage from an old leak and the sheets had weird blue paint stains on them. I didn't sleep and got out of there ASAP. These look like old studio apartments converted into hotel rooms. I could also hear everything outside from the bedroom window. Rough night to say the least!

I chose to pay at property just in case and they tried to charge my card twice a day before my stay. Then called me 5 times the day of asking if I still wanted my reservation and was rude about it. I drove by the motel and there were some sketchy people outside , there were also people in the lobby complaining about their rooms so when I asked to look at the room first I got a hard and rude no. Red flags from the beginning.

We stayed at this property for price and the fact it had a kitchenette. Property had some updates and looked nice from outside. When getting into room it was ok. Some items were new like fixtures and I think bed frame. The bed frame seemed cheap and had springs under it I think. Maybe a cheap version of box springs. If you made a move at all-it was very loud. Two major issues were-all the towels and wash cloths were dirty. The wash cloths were stained orange and towels had different dirt/stains on them. Some blue, some black. Didn't really investigate because we were not going to use them. In the kitchen-Fridge, induction top, air fryer, microwave all seemed fairly new. Problem was-no utensils, pans dish soap etc. We had to go to front desk and he escorted me to a storage area. Box full of what looked like pots and pans purchased from thrift store. I was allowed to take what I needed! Our expectations were not high, but this was very odd. Ended up with a skillet that was not for induction, but we just used sauce pan for everything. We ended up at the dollar store. We bought tongs, wash clothes, sponges, paper towels, dish soap and some other items. We had nothing to wash the dishes supplied for us. No soap, sponge or anything. I have been to other hotels with this concept and those items are usually supplied. If I was in area again, I would most likely stay elsewhere. It wasn't bad enough to leave, but worse than our lowered expectations.
