Fantastic staff, great location
The stay was amazing. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. They were attentive, listened well, and managed the hotel excellently. The location of the hotel was really great for local trips around Le Marais as well as exploring major attractions of Paris, either on foot or via Metro. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Would definitely stay again - Quiet and Classy
We stayed 10-15th December. Hotel was excellent for us - situated in the most pleasant and safe arrondissement of Paris. Key point for us - whilst being on the edge of the classy quaint busy area of Le Marais, the room and Hotel were quiet in the evening and night and we slept excellently with no noise at all. Our impression was that this is a classier quieter hotel, and not one for those who wish to drink and be noisy! :) The staff were all great, particularly the excellent Sylvia who dealt with us mostly and helped us on several occasions above and beyond! We requested room preferences (high/quiet) which we were grateful to get. The room was small as are most rooms in Paris but perfectly big enough to function. Bathroom felt newly refurbished very clean The rest of the room was well decorated and also looked as though it had been fairly recently refurbished. The safe was very useful although note the double room description on this website quotes 'Laptop-compatible safe', which is fine as long as your laptop is smaller than roughly 1' x 6". If you like TV in English there are two channels; CNN and DW(Eng) Also a couple of other channels occasionally. In room fridge big enough to store your own drinks and snacks. There is a lift if that makes a difference to you.

Clean and cozy in a great location
Hotel Turenne le Marais is a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. It’s in a great location and everyone on staff was helpful and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. The room was tiny, which was not surprising, and the bathroom was really tight. But it was otherwise a lovely stay in a vibrant, fun part of the city.

The dishes inside the room were dirty, the beds were worn down and made it very difficult to sleep because i could feel the metal coils i was laying on. Not to mention that eating breakfast twice cost us 140 euros which i think is insanely over priced for grabbing a few pieces of fruit. The cleaning staff were very kind and sweet, super helpful! The location was perfect as long as youre not looking for a touristy spot, a lot of the stores had employees that didnt speak english which i felt made the experience more authentic. There were a lot of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance as well. I would suggest booking this place for location its centered in, not for the actual hotel experience.

Maybe I was unlucky in my room, but nothing about this hotel was luxurious or charming. There was construction inside the building that I could hear in the morning, the room was dated and full of small defects (a broken mirror, stains and cracks, worn down carpet). Worst of all, my room was essentially windowless as it looked directly onto a wall. Forget a view of any kind or fresh air or even any natural light, and a safety hazard as it would be absolutely impossible to exit that way. There are so many better places to stay in Paris and I have no idea why this place has such glowing reviews from others.

Good for one night.
Everyone should know that Paris has a little war going on between Uber and taxis. I ordered an Uber to pick me up and go to the airport. The pick up didn’t happen and so I went into the lobby to ask for help. The lady at the front desk was unsympathetic explained that Ubers are not allowed on the street where the hotel is located, but taxis are. I learned the hard way. Thought I should share. I got dinged $12 euro on the cancelled Uber plus I had to go find a taxi.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is a great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, has an elevator and they offer breakfast for a fee. Great "Le Marais" location! 6 min walk to "Place des Vosges", 5 min walk to St. Paul metro or 10 min walk to La Bastille metro stations. 15-20 min walk to the Seine river.

I spent four great nights at Hotel Turenne Le Marais. The room was perfect for my business trip and was walkable to local dining options and the metro. The Seine is a short walk away as well. My online issue with the room was the thin walls, as I had a neighbour that enjoyed singing into the early morning. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

The staff were simply lovely, helpful and friendly. They even froze my vacuum sealed butter. The area is fantastic. Metro two blocks away. You step outside and there are cafes and restaurants everywhere. Monoprix, supermarket, half a block away. You can spend your whole time in the Le Marais district there is so much near the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel. It isn’t fancy and rooms are small but would def. Stay here again.
