Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and close walking to all of downtown. Drinks are VERY VERY expensive. Breakfast was AMAZING with a lot of choices. Room AC was terrible and did NOT cool off at all. It was set to a higher room temp. that could not be overridden.

I’m still waiting to be given a room! I’ve been stood waiting for over 10 minutes! The room I was given already has people in it! There is a full on rave in the bar downstairs! Reception is a make shift standing bar table!

Had to check out early, lack of refrigerator and design of room is not good for long term stay. Loud construction below, parking was terrible every time you leave you have to pay 15 euros again. Super confusing to get to the garage and no instructions are given. Sundays there’s no way to get out of the garage with mall closed unless walking out the garage entrance for cars. AC is hardly cool and you can’t open the windows they are locked.
