Chambre sans luminositĂ© et ne correspond pas aux photos. Petit dĂ©jeuner prĂ©vu Ă  8:00; le personnel n’est pas organisĂ© et rien n’est prĂȘt. On a du quittĂ© Ă  9:00 et aucune option ne nous a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©e. On nous a dit que le chef n’est pas la pour prĂ©parer le petit dĂ©jeuner.

This was just an average experience. I guess the so many excellent previous reviews made me disappointed. The reception closes at 8pm and made me aware that there would be no one available to check me in after that. Also, there is no onsite security guard and guests have the property gate’s keys to get in and out (with anyone) during the night. That really made me uncomfortable! The rooms are good and the shower awesome. Breakfast was served only after 8am (time that employees arrive to work). In my first day, I was served only after 8.30am and got late for a meeting. The location is quiet and the views are great. I guess the major con here is the feeling of lack of security.

O hotel tem tudo para ser um dos melhores de Santa Teresa. O staff Ă© extremamente atencioso, principalmente a moça da recepção - aparentemente a gerente. Antes de ir embora, repassei alguns pontos como feedback e todos foram extremamente bem aceitos pelo time. Tais quais: - a piscina Ă© incrivel, mas o banheiro da ĂĄrea nĂŁo foi limpo todos os dias. - o atendimento pelo WhatsApp Ă© rĂĄpido, mas nĂŁo nos foi comunicado que era possĂ­vel realizar pedidos do bar para entrega na ĂĄrea da piscina. - as opçÔes de cafĂ© da manhĂŁ poderiam ser selecionadas num papel ou pelo prĂłprio WhatsApp previamente, isto evitaria desperdĂ­cios. - aparentemente hĂĄ a estrutura de um bar na piscina. Acredito que, quando estiver em funcionamento, tornarĂĄ a experiĂȘncia ainda melhor. - o hotel fica numa regiĂŁo pouco abastecida de mercados, sugiro um frigobar um pouco mais recheado e, eventualmente, um cardĂĄpio mais elaborado para quem deseja almoçar e jantar no hotel (era nosso caso, mas tivemos que procurar opçÔes externas nos dias em que estivemos por lĂĄ). No mais, o hotel Ă© ocupado por muitos gringos, o que torna a experiĂȘncia ainda mais diferente. Santa Teresa Ă© um bairro muito peculiar e foge muito do ideal praiano que muita gente tem do Rio. Foram dias extremamente tranquilos, de paz e silĂȘncio. Uma delĂ­cia!
