Good location, just a few minutes from Baker Street. As a room was available, I was able to check in early. The room was compact but comfortable. There was an issue with a friend's booking which led to some tension, but the night manager dealt with the situation professionally and really well. The staff members at this hotel were good.

Simply awful… very dated property with tiny rooms, but that isn’t what made me write this review. Having no outlets by the bed, old lumpy beds, pathetic water pressure, a dirty bathroom upon arrival, a broken window that wouldn’t hold open, and not even a small AC unit or fan was what made this a terrible stay. When we were leaving, the reception manager on duty noticed us having a hard time keeping a door open and just stared at us instead of help. Do yourself a favor and skip this property, it’s a convenient location and everything else is simply terrible.

Would be easier getting into 10 Downing Street. Had to provide photo ID after they took your money. Wouldn’t take contactless. The room was tiny the shower handle fell off when you tried to turn the shower in. The shower was too cold or too ho and just about got you wet the pressure was that low. The coffee was from the 1980s and the same packed of ginger rings that no one has wanted left for years. The room was too warm and the only help was an old battered fan that wined when on. Card card hardly worked either had to go to other hotel a few doors down to get them to reactivate the card. For nearly £200 a night it wasnt worth anymore than £50.
