Stayed here a few times now and always find it an excellent hotel.Staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Also take two dogs with us and they are always treated well also.

Beautiful hotel, Staff were so welcoming , the room considering it was a dog friendly room was absolutely spotless and smelt so clean.. the atmosphere and vibe of the place is so relaxing .. I love the decor and the fact they were dog friendly and made a fuss over our boy Prince! 🐾 Breakfast was cooked to perfection 👌 We would definitely return!

Clean, friendly, great on site restaurant, nice outside area and tables to have a drink in the sun. Efficient check in. Clean, tidy, comfortable and functional rooms. Genuinely dog friendly including dog friendly rables in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. We all had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

This is a 6 star hotel, It is out of this world, the staff are so friendly and the room was a dream to stay in. this together with the award winning restaurant attached is absolutely amazing, plus I would like to give a special shout out to Sue on reception, we have never had a welcome like this from any other hotel, and Jay in the restaurant who is fantastic. well done to such a fabulous hotel team.

We spent four nights at this really wonderful and different hotel and had a fantastic time. Every member of staff was polite friendly and helpful our room was clean comfortable and spacious. The decoration was unique with a Chinese theme. The food in the restaurant was good and very different, breakfast great cooked to order with plenty of choices.

Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The reception area was decorated lovely, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spotless and beds super comfy. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening, highly recommend trying out the food. My toddler really enjoyed playing in the playground outside while we sat in the gardens with a drink from the bar. Would 100% stay again

Attention to detail. Flower beds needed dead heading front entrance should be swept. Lacking a lift . Bedroom excellent. Bathroom too big, could of used space for a wardrobe. Breakfast was lacking . Full breakfast was overcooked , salmon and scrambled egg needed a sauce , quantity of bacon and sausage poor.

Loved our holiday with the little dog. The decor around the hotel is beautiful! Breakfast was perfect and the dog was offered a sausage every morning which was lovely. We were well looked after and both ladies were friendly and made effort to stop and chat to you, And we would come back. the only tiny downside was our room, it felt very stuffy as I think it is a dog room so carpet held a smell of other dogs to it. Might be better to have easy clean floor with a rug in there instead. Our room had a fan so we used this all the time. We would have appreciated more teabags as we often ran out and maybe some teas in the lounge area would make more use of that room. Thank you for a wonderful stay adding to our perfect memories of Wales (",) xx
