This hotel was within walking distance to town and all of its restaurants. The staff were so attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a view from my room which faced an old seedy hotel which was a real eye sore. The rooms were modern and clean. If your looking for a view when your in Santorini this is not place for you, unless you get a room with a seaside view. The staff really made a difference to make my stay more pleasant.

Neo Suites is very centrally located and only 5 mins walk to the busy area, yet the hotel is in a quiet area for sleeping. The plunge pool is really good for a hot day. Also, the hotel is about 6-8 mins walk to the bus terminal for Oia, airport and some other areas. The room is nice and spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is functional, definitely recommend it to anyone would like to stay in Thira.

Property was clean and well kept. We expected a slightly bigger room but it did the job and was very clean and tidy. We had a deluxe room with a heated plunge pool and the private pool was greatly appreciated - it was nice a quiet and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful, when we checked in the lovely lady gave us recommendations and a map of places to visit. The breakfast was fine, they had fresh pastries and yogurt/ fruit every day, a coffee machine and fresh juices too. You could also get eggs (omelette, scrambled, fried) to order which was a nice touch. The hotel is small in size so the breakfast was decent and as expected. Overall a great experience, good location in Thira out of the way from the busy town. We also got a slight sea view from our apartment. The only negative I would say is size of the room and the interior was a bit dated i.e. wires in holes in the walls where light fixtures used to be.

Their genuine warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing valuable local insights and recommendations. The morning spread at this villa was also delightful. The interior of the room was tastefully designed, it also features a private heated pool, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Aside from the impeccable hospitality and breathtaking interiors, the hotel’s location was also superb. We were 2mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins walk to the bus station. Despite its proximity to the city center, the surrounding area of this location is peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for a luxurious retreat with impeccable service in Santorini, look no further. This hotel will exceed your highest expectations. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this heavenly oasis.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider waren einige Gäste sehr laut abends/nachts, das störte beim Einschlafen ebenso wie der in der Nähe liegende Club, dessen Musik gegen 2 Uhr nachts aufweckte. Aber sonst tolles modernes Hotel.
