DO NOT STAY HERE
Don't waste your time or money. We walked into the "luxury" King suite and the temperature in the room was 54 degrees, heat was not on. It took over 3 hours for the room to come up to 70 degrees. In contacting the owner, it seemed that she was unaware of how the unit functioned using the fan??? The shower backed up and we had to plunge it to get it to clear. The sink was a slow drain. The Keurig had the descale light on and was dirty. The bed was comfy, thank goodness! I reached out to the owner with all of the above, she has quite a bit of difficulty in accepting any responsibility if the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience they cause, she stands on 3 years of great reviews. I find that hard to believe!! She would not even provide a partial refund when I respectfully requested!!
