We had a lovely overnight stay here—the staff was welcoming and friendly and the house was historically elegant, but with some modern touches. The breakfast was lovely and it was just a short and easy walk to shops and restaurants. If we come back to Ft Collins we will absolutely stay here again!

A magnificent property beautifully restored! Wonderful breakfast. Edwards House is very efficiently managed with detailed advance instructions, however we missed the warmth of a personal greeting on arrival.

We originally had reservations for just one night but needed to extend a couple of nights because of illness. The staff was so kind in accommodating us to make this possible. Breakfasts were a joy and changed every day. The property is beautiful, and I hope we have another chance to stay there.

Such a cute property. The rooms are beautiful but still rustic. Great walkability to Old Town FoCo. The breakfast is the very best part. They have bikes you can borrow to ride around town. Love this place.
