Good location nostalgic feel
Location is perfect, walking distance from attractions and new metro station. Lots of local food joints around, you won’t go hungry. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread has a mixture of local and international variety and starts early at 6:30am. Room was very clean with slippers provided. Air conditioner worked well. Black out curtains but some small noise can be heard from the outside. The only downside during our stay was that the bath and hand towels were very smelly before use on the 3rd and 4th day. They promptly replaced them but the new ones were still smelly but less so.

While it was a relative new hotel, the front staff are not very professional and either friendly. The male staff doing 10pm shift is really poor in his attitude.

Really a great place to stay, staff were so friendly and accommodating. Lots of areas are within walking distance. I will say that we had a room facing the street, probably 5 floors up. It was a little noisy for me but that's just Vietnam really! Can't fault the hotel for that!

Nice and pleasant stay
Had a nice stay in Triple E. They cleaned rooms everyday. It was pleasant to see the room well kept (towels changed, toiletries replenished) when we go back after a day out in HCM. We were also given a room in a high floor with view which I requested for. Location is also good, situated in a relatively quiet but centeal area in District 1. Lots of restaurants, spa, salon nearby. The only thing that can be improved: 1)only 1 key is given per room so we had to ask reception to swipe card for us in the elevator when one companion is left in the room and has to have the only key inserted for room electricity 2)free coffee is served only between 730am to 230pm when guests are out on tour. Hope free coffee can be availed any time because for a coffee drinker like me, i still enjoy drinking my coffee late at night. Overall a good and pleasant stay. Thank you Triple E
