We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was excellent except the fridge was not working in our room however we called for maintenance guy who came and promised to replace it, unfortunately he never came back to replace the fridge during our stay.Moreover we We’re happy for the AC it was working excellent and the housekeeping staff were very professional and helpful.We really recommend this property .

The service was appallingly rude. No one smiled and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be working. Wifi would only work on one device at a time and to use the tv you needed it connected to a device. No effort to help. The hotel itself is ok but needs an update but the staff make this one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Awesome location in a cool city
We visited overnight as part of a longer trip. The hotel is older but very clean and beautiful. Breathtaking views and a very walkable location. We walked from the heliport in about 20 minutes and the walk from the cruise port is only about 5-10 mins. Lots of shopping and dining close by and a beautiful beach is less than a 5 min walk. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.
