horrible water pressure, paper thin walls, mosquitoes, asked to fix water pressure & service man walked in abruptly without knocking invading privacy, door man was very rude in kicking out guests who were visiting us at the room- he stated that because the room was only for 2 people it could only host 2 people, rude a lot of noise from the restaurant

Patio Pombo is unique. I loved the art work around in the hotel and pieces that gave it character. The staff was friendly, offering tips for things to do and sites to visit and even offered to arrange transportation. We really enjoyed the location, right beside two great markets, many chocolate and mole factories and only a couple blocks to the Zocalo.

Mala experiencia este hotel
Un fiasco de hotel NO recomendable. Colchón, Toallas y almohadas pésimas en general los cuartos viejos y desatendidos. No tienen estacionamiento y pesar de que ofrecen “convenio”. Pague con desayuna incluido y es un engaño te ofrecen pan tostado y café. Aún así el servicio en el restaurante es pésimo no pude desayunar en toda mi estancia. Les falta personal solo una persona hacía de Bell Boy, recepcionista y mesero!

Es una casona antigua, bien ubicada y cerca del centro histórico (zócalo) y de mercados. En general, la zona es segura. Sobre la habitación, tiene lo indispensable secadora de cabello, plancha y un pequeño refrigerador. Con servicio de Internet y TV. No hay aire acondicionado, algunos contactos de luz no sirven y el servicio de agua falla.
