I want to start by saying that the staff I interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful—this review is in no way a reflection of them. However, the overall experience at this hotel was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
The location is in a terrible area, and the parking situation is a mess. The lot is extremely small, making it nearly impossible for larger vehicles to park without blocking the road for others. The garage is poorly designed with awkwardly placed poles, making maneuvering and parking difficult.
The lobby was underwhelming but not terrible. However, the issues started when we got to our room on the third floor. It was hot, humid, and felt damp even after adjusting the AC. When we returned from dinner, the room was still uncomfortable. Several outlets didn’t work, there was no remote for the TV, and there were visible stains on the floor. Due to these issues, we requested a room change and were moved to the fifth floor. While it was slightly better, it was still far from acceptable—we even went to Target to buy covers just to feel comfortable enough to sleep for the night.
The shower was confusing to use, and the pool house had an unpleasant smell, was excessively humid, and had a broken door. Breakfast was also a major disappointment. The pancakes were from a machine and lacked quality, while the eggs seemed questionable—so much so that I didn’t even feel safe eating them. Overall friendly staff, hotel needs UPGRADES..
