This property is in a great location for all kinds of exploration. A short walk to hop on to the Metro taking you on a short direct ride going towards the water as well as the airport. Airport line was a huge bonus. A quick Metro ride takes you straight to Terminal 1. Also, there are many stores and cafes for quick, easy and delicious food options in the surrounding area.

The Turim was a perfect place to stay while in Lisbon. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean and great for a short stay in the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent to start our day. Great variety and choices. Location was excellent. Close to 2 metro stations.

I love this hotel, have stayed 3 times. Location is good, near 3 metro stations, it’s quiet at night. Bed is super comfy and nice bedsheets and pillows. My only issue is that there are no English news channels on the tv. ie, CNN or BBC or others. Only in Portuguese

VERY NICE HOTEL, SOME SIGNIFICANT SHORTCOMINGS.

Lovely modern hotel about 3 miles north of downtown, very friendly helpful staff. Problems with getting drinking water, they would only allow us one bottle at a time and we had to go down to the bar to exchange used bottle for a new one! We went to local shop to get large drinking water container. TV was only about 16 inches high upon wall so viewing from bed was very poor. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL TO LIMIT DRINKING WATER IN THIS RIDICULOUS WAY AND ALSO NOT TO HAVE A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV

Service and staff was excellent; however there was an exception. For service I have to go to reception around 3-4 times in 3 nights to reprogram our keys; we had 2 rooms. One horrible thing is the design of the parking garage that’s beneath the hotel. It’s good for 15 cars only and too tight. I’ve been driving for 30 years and scratched my car at the wall going down because of the very sharp turns and very tight parking spots. My wife and I were in shock.
