Great stay. Front desk girl Jacqueline was amazing and has great customer service skills. She recommended great restaurants and coffee shops nearby which made our short stay in Turlock perfect.

The hotel is new, clean and beds were comfortable. My biggest problem was the lack of lighting. There was no overhead lighting except in entry. I had to go into the bathroom to read anything. Also the freeway noise was very loud.

Find a better hotel
I had no hot water in my shower, the hotel is only 6 months old. A maintenance guy told me with such confidence that the water heaters are on the other side of the hotel and that’s why I didn’t have any hot water. Do all guests have to experience this? If so don’t expect me to stay there again.

There were many soccer families staying there that weekend and the parents allowed their kids to stomp up and down the halls continually through the night. This also occurred around 5am in the morning. It would have been appreciated if staff would out a stop to that as the parebts didnt seem to care.
