This was an amazing find at a great price.it has a Beautiful garden area, lots of quiet areas to sit and enjoy the views, great staff, breakfast was included and the choices were excellent. Great service, location, and we felt very safe. Our room was clean, but a bit on the dark side, hot water was intermittent, the road up to hotel was quite steep so be aware , it was great as part our daily exercise !! Loved this hotel would go back in a heartbeat!!

We loved our stay in this hotel, we were warmly welcomed, the room was spacious and had the best view we could have ever imagined. The food was SO delicious! We especially loved the cats that came by to sleep near us while we ate. It was a magical experience and my son who is 6 enjoyed it so much. We purchased the Temezcal and Abril led the whole ceremony for our little family. We will never forget this experience. We loved our stay so much that we plan on making this a yearly vacation with this hotel. The hotel is conveniently close to all the shops and restaurants. Gracias por todo , esperamos verlos otra ves el año que viene. Está vacaciones y experiencia va ser unas de las mejores memorias para nuestra familia.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the city and the architect of this hotel was breathtaking. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious. Easy access to many parts of Tepoztlán and I felt very safe. I gave 4 stars to properly condition and facilities only because there is no air conditioning in the rooms and I got very hot at night.
