Weird, frustrating, and brief experience here
I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, but I need to vent on this one: I showed up for my reservation at 12:15am, about an hour later than I had anticipated because of a flight delay. I walked into the hotel, and nobody was there. I waited. I knocked on the office door. Nothing. After 15 minutes, I called the hotel phone...it started to ring at the desk where I was standing, and I let it ring for 10 minutes. Nobody answered, nobody came out. Wanting to get some sleep, I went next door to a neighboring hotel and got a room. In the morning, I logged on to request a refund from Hotels.com, explaining the situation to them. They contacted the hotel, who rejected my request, saying I had not checked in on time AND claiming that there was a 'night auditor' on staff that was there at the hotel. If that was the case, they were doing a horrible job...I could have literally walked out with their computers and furniture, and nobody would have stopped me. I have NEVER had a major brand hotel not take a late arrival, or refuse a refund for a reasonable request. So, I'm out my room fee, and had to waste part of my morning spending time on the website logging a complaint. That's life sometimes. But if you don't like the idea of sleeping in a hotel room with nobody in the lobby and nobody to handle an emergency, you might want to choose another hotel. And whatever you do, don't let your flight be delayed!

I've been here 5 times now The breakfast is pretty good even though it's not free and opens at a later-than-usual 7am. Service is always quick and perfect, the front desk people are rockstars. As for the rooms, the beds are very comfy, but the showers have been 2 for 5 in terms of having good water pressure. Still, though, the rooms are exceptionally clean and attractive. I especially enjoy the separation of the bedroom and living room. Overall, I would recommend staying here

Hotel upgrades are nice and were well needed but for what we paid for the room (ridiculously high) you would think items like nasal tissues (they gave us a roll of toilet paper) and sheets without stains on them (black ink or eyeliner on them) and a shower curtain that isn’t stained orange would be expected…
