Blackout shades work too well ;). I like it dark when I sleep and these delivered. Only drawback is when it's time to get up, there's still no light peeking through. Had to look at my phone to know it was daytime. Riza was great! Love their program - if you don't need your room cleaned, you can let them know by leaving a little pouch on your door handle and they'll put candy in it. Very clean, very comfortable. I saw 2 of the double rooms and liked the art in both! Must say I'm happy to not have gotten the Picasso room or a room with naked people in the paintings, not my thing.

The room and facilities were excellent in a lovely hotel, can't fault the room whatsoever. The only slight negative was the breakfast was €19 and had very little choice and no hot food. Better off saving the €19 and going to one of the many local breakfast spots for something much better and probably also cheaper.

SO good!

Simply perfect. I'm gonna say best value for any hotel. Love the room design themed on a painter. Everything was brand new, super clean and 100% working. Front desk people are funny and delightful. The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.

This was a great choice for Munich. It is located only 3 minutes from the main train station and 5 minutes from Marienplatz. The hotel itself, while small, was perfect for our stay. It opened about 18 months ago and everything still looks brand new. There is a good breakfast available at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Both staff members that we interacted with were extremely helpful.

A small hotel with suoer-friendly staff at reception. The room was fresh and new. Great location with three min walk to any public transport and shopping all around. Well functioning air-condition and comfy bed. Trams on the street outside did not disturb at all. I would book again when in Munich.
