Good value for the money. The staff was friendly and accommodating though feels weird there is no front desk. Room was small and a little noisy but nothing I didn’t expect. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

This place dosen't have any food and only drinks. The staff are very friendly but theres no 24 concierge. Concierge is simply the bar staff downstairs. The washrooms have no soap dispensers. The rooms automatically lock and that's bad if you forget your key because again, there's no 24 hr concierge to help you. Your'e looking at a 6/10 stay here and you get what you pay. The bedding is only partially clean but the rooms are quite clean overall. Would definitely not stay here again but it is priced fairly.

With the help of the staff, I was able to locate its car park. Secondly, the facilities are quite new & modern, except no hand soup in the toilets, making me feel unclean after use. My room 15 could hear someone talking next door and the closing of door, esp. toilet and shower room doors could be quite loud.

Room 10
2 bar staff ignored me while checking in until a third staff member acknowledged me. At approximately 8pm I enquired about the bistro, that was advertised on website, and was told by staff that it was closed. A guest towel had been left in the bathroom for the entirety of my stay and the toilet cubicles were littered with paper, also for the entirety of my stay; seemingly there was no house-staff during my stay. The window sill had a layer of thick dust, and the fitted sheet had been placed haphazardly. Cigarette smoke was filtered into the room via the air-conditioning.
