I asked for a room away from noise due to coming from surgical procedure in my reservation it was very loud went to desk was told I could move upstairs however no elevator and I use walker and can't do steps, also have service dog. I was told I would have to pay to move to a better room for less noise. I said I was not going to pay for something that should be included. I was told well we are busy...4 cars in entire parking lot. I finally got a different room that smelled like mold, had mold, was hard to breathe in, bathroom fan screeched, and bugs..dead ones in by coffee and tea in the room drink basket!! For some reason my pictures of bugs will not attach but will be happy to supply.

Not at the top of my return list for sure.
Upon arrival they did switch us to an actual handicap room, nice. Then when we got settled we noticed how dirty the lamp bases were. The heat/cool unit put out heat but there was no regulating it in any way. The shower had very little flow, barely got the soap out of my hair.

The staffs and services is very good. My friends us had an early marathon to run in the morning and the staff of the hotel opened the breakfasts room for us to get some food and drinks at 5:45 AM as we were leaving and checking out. That day we did a fantastic run in Madison it all thanks to that staff who were there early and get all the breakfast ready in the morning. Thank you.
