A simple hotel in the city centre

The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. It was very good for the price.

Need to improve service level. Reception barely speak English. A few times reception desk was unmanned and it was during office hours. Parking is chargeable, expensive and complicated.
