I Give it a 6.75-7/10, they honestly just need to fix small little things and need WAY BETTER!!!! Communication. 1st no a/c, very poor airflow and circulation and very humid and smells like it too at night after being away all day. Excellent full Kitchen, super cold fridge and freezer, no microwave but have a full oven. Great hot water for showering and washing dishes. Pillows are horrible, super thin no support. Even with 3 pillows still very thin. Rest pretty good, all staff was super nice and friendly expect the old lady who alway looks like she has an attitude or is upset. Other than that EXCELLENT place to stay and AMAZING price too!! Great location. Locals are super nice and friendly, the park is only about 5 minute walk with plenty of food vendors and restaurants, bars and small convenient stores all around the park. Heads up if you go to park to eat at night, people might ask you for food (I don’t mind buying a hungry person food, just don’t give away money)

GREAT!! value for the money, customer service not

If you factor everything, price, location, accommodation, amenities, cleanliness, convenience, communication, not bad, definitely would recommend this place and stay here again for the price I paid, like $40 USD a night for a full 2/2 with full kitchen, stove and oven (a microwave would of been better than oven) I give them 7/10 ratting. Just wish I knew there was no a/c, the place was super humid all the time and smelled like humidity too but just at the beginning and the pillows are very flat, don’t offer lots of support. Bathroom are small so keep that in mind but I didn’t mind that. The elevator does need a GOOD DEEP cleaning and vacuuming!! The automatic standard message they send in WhatsApp that they say if you need anything to communicate with them through there, no one responds, after 10PM or before 9AM, so if you need anything or there is an emergency good luck!! Call the national emergency number 123 (Colombian version of 911) would be my best advise. Idk what are the times for breakfast but we miss it twice one day when went up at 9:42 and they were close they said breakfast ends at 9:30 and check out, we went up at 6:40 AM and it was close. And to use the Steam room or Jacuzzi you to make a reservation and it’s only for exactly 1 hour but on the positive side if you want something “private” you have it all to yourself or your party only for that 1 hour exactly. If your hungry late at night or want a drink by the Boston Park (parque Boston) lots of options.

The apt was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The building was fairly new. What I liked the most was the rooftop and the breakfasts. The rooftop was awesome (you could spend hours up there). The views were great as well. The food was very good and the staff was very nice, especially chef Antonio. On the other hand, it is not a good idea to walk around the area at night as it can get a little dangerous. Overall, I really liked my stay and I would come back.

Property and amenities met expectations and more. Plus staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially David. He was great. Anything I needed he was there to help. Breakfast was great. The main servings changed everyday (which was great for variety) but at the same time everyday there were the same fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cereal/w milk, and orange juice options available. Laundry was easy to use and up to US standards meaning both a washer and dryer available. I was at other hotels where the clothes had to be air dried so having an actual dryer is clutch especially with all the rainy and cloudy days in Medellin. The room was a typical kitchenette style with big refrigerator and functional stove that I actually used to cook. Bed was adequate. Shower had hot water. Limited cable but I'm not really at a hotel to watch tv. Wifi in room was great. You won't regret staying here. The view on the roof where breakfast is served is beautiful! I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Todo excelente el proceso de ingreso y entrega d esa habitación fue muy rápido y ágil el lugar es completo cuenta con todo lo necesario, para descansar es un poco fuerte el sonido de la gente motos tránsito hasta altas horas de la noche y madrugada pero un excelente punto para hacer lo que necesitas en el centro de la ciudad.

El personal del hotel, fue muy amable, el desayuno estaba muy rico. Principalmente quiero destacar al personal del hotel y su colaboración nos esperaron para realizar el check in, estuvieron siempre en contacto. El lugar es como el de las fotos, solo que no está tan cerca de lugares turísticos igual es fácil conseguir transporte desde el lugar y dependiendo del tipo de turismo que se desee realizar. Vuelvo a rescatar la excelente atención al cliente del en cargado de recepción y el chef muy amables.

Nos encantó el apartamento, súper limpio, cómodo, espacioso; la cocina con lo suficiente para la estadía, bien ubicado cerca a todo lo turístico, David el administrador muy servicial y atento con nosotros los huéspedes, el desayuno delicioso todos los días y la terraza con área de jacuzzi espectacular; de verdad que disfrutamos la estadía. Súper recomendado!!

enfroit bien situé avec le centre ville de medellin. l’edifice a été bien rénové avec design de façon original et avec une superbe terasse . le quartier parque boston est tres vivant. seul inconvénient est le bruit la nuit qui se propage depuis l’atrium a l’intérieur du bâtiment.
