El hotel es como una casa antigua, la verdad los muebles están algo viejos y guardan un poco de olor; en cuanto al personal, son muy agradables y buscan resolver. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, el cual dejó de expulsar aire frío y solo expulsaba aire caliente; la solución que nos dieron es que fueran a dar mantenimiento, sin embargo, el mantenimiento nunca llegó ese dia. Nos dieron un aire acondicionado portátil, sin embargo no enfrió nada y tiro muchísima agua por todo el cuarto.
