Excellent choice
Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Convenient to many locations. We arranged for a tuk tuk with driver and private guide for Angkor Wat with the sunset. Our guide, Pit, was amazing! Highly recommend over group tour. Not badly priced either. The tuk tuk driver for the tour was amazing and we had him transport us all around while we were there. The pool area is great. Afternoon tea was very good as is the lounge on the 4th floor. Our first night we had dinner at the Ox Club and had the steak. Service and food divine.

Cambodian hospitality and service
We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed many of the hotel services. Our driver Thomas took us to Angkor Wat along with our guide as well as back to the airport. We highly recommend the special dinner the hotel offers with traditional food and music/dances. Sometimes just being a tourist is worth it. Spa and pool were great as was the breakfast. Staff management was very attentive to any questions as well. We hope to return.

Lovely hotel
We spent 4 nights here and found the location to be ideal for our needs. Plenty of TukTuks to get us to Angkor Wat and Pub Street. Staff were very helpful and offered recommendations for places to eat and check-in was a breeze with a cold towel and welcome drink. This hotel goes all out for Christmas with their decorations which was an unexpected but magical addition to our stay.

This may be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. There truly is not enough good things we can say about the place. When we landed in Siem Reap, the hotel provided us with a ride from the airport even though they normally only provided that service for guests staying longer than we had originally booked for. When we arrived we immediately fell in love with the place as it is serenely yet breathtakingly beautiful; with warm wood and cool stone blended in a way that made us feel like we were in a modern luxury hotel while still remaining true to its Cambodian roots. However, despite the gorgeous decor, excellent amenities, and excellently sized and furnished rooms, the most delightful thing about the resort is its staff. From the front doormen, to the receptionists and housekeeping staff, every single encounter we had with one of the staff members made us feel like we were truly welcomed guests and that they were actually happy to have us stay with them. We came away from every single encounter happier and feeling a sense of awe and gratefulness that we have never gotten from any other resort experience, even at other fabulous places we have stayed in the past. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 days and found things to do in Siem Reap (which was easy as there is so much around the area that is worth staying for), just so we could stay at the resort longer. We are sad we are leaving and worried that the rest of hotels on our trip will disappoint us.
