Not as good as is has been previously Always missing something from the bar which has been the same our previous 2 visits. Always hear others complaining about the poor service in the restaurant . The price reflects the location but with most restaurants permanently closed in the marina they might need to rethink the prices. Comfortable stay with 'no frills'

It's got all that's good about a mal mason by the sea. Restaurant is good and staff are nice. Don't scrimp and pay the extra few quid for a sea view or you may as well be in the lanes.

Great location for Marina

Well positioned hotel inside the Brighton Marina complex, above the shops and bars. Room was comfortable and nicely designed. Small issue with shower drainage in my room, but everything else fine. Onsite parking was actually the Marina’s own multi storey which is free for all visitors to the Marina. Hotel food options looked relatively expensive for a non- business traveller, but plenty of options around close to the hotel. Professional staff at check made this is nice overnight experience.

Nice room. Nice welcome. Comfortable and clean. Very easy to operate shower - better than most hotels. Free parking in multi storey next door. Only criticism as with most hotels, the room lighting is a bit poor for working or reading. I would stay here again.

Lovely Hotel with a few problems

Beautiful hotel unfortunately encountered a few problems A lot of dust and dirt in the room for the most part it was okay but dusty in places The air conditioning unit didn’t work the whole night was spent sweating and tossing and turning (Hotel later apologised and gave us a fan) Lovely hotel with friendly staff just needs a bit more attentive clean the air con system breaking was annoying but out of everyone’s hands
