Rude
I reserved two beds and informed the staff during my booking that I had a wheelchair. When I arrived, they only gave me a room on the second floor. I had to pay them extra if I wanted a room with two beds on the 1st floor, even though that is what I received. Owners are rude and nickel and dime you. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, there are several other places near by that are friendly.

The Morro of the story
Old Motor Inn with 2 levels, no elevator. Price was 147/night through Hotels.Com (which we found out is owned by Expedia). Commentary here is, yes, the rate is very low for the area, but so is everything else. No working Ice Machine. I'm sure the bed was used in an old Charlie Chaplan movie and would be better used as a trampoline. The "delux" rooms were, of course, all upstairs, no Elevator. The room was spacious but under furnished and under lighted. We asked if a couple extra chairs were available, they were not. The carpets, lams, shades and general decor were all still in the quantum version of the 60's. Metered water provided just enough for a trickle and don't shower in the AM, not enough hot water to go around. There was a small fridge. There was a small (32") TV. There was maid service if needed. Unbelievably, not the worst place I've stayed, but it's moving up the list like a rocket.

Not The Greatest Stay
A somewhat comfortable stay but the service could have been better. We got an early call asking when we were arriving which was not necessary since it was early in the day. The room had an issue but they moved us to another room. The room was not very clean as there was dust in many places. We asked for a crib but they didn’t have any. Lots of noise in the morning. If service was friendlier the rating would be better.

Hotel was a perfect price and loved how it accommodated 6 people. Only downfall was the queen beds were HORRIBLE and UNCOMFORTABLE !! Both queen beds sank down when sitting or laying down . Major sinkhole! Need to be replaced!

Horrible Horrible Horrible
They refused to give me my room. I did not stay here. I showed up and because I did not have the same credit card that I used to book the room, they refused to let me stay. They even charged me the no show fee when I actually showed. Horrible hotel and horrible money hungry owners. They even stated that me when I asked them to refrain from charging me a no show fee, “How do you expect us to make money?” I was flabbergasted. After driving 6 hours to get there, I had no hotel room for me and my son.

The staff was so incredibly rude when I showed up to check in. They were telling me it was too late even though I showed up at 9:30pm and their policy states they’re open until midnight. The woman at the desk also told me I needed to leave by 10am and since I was leaving earlier that my boyfriend had to leave when I left as well. She kept insinuating we were going to destroy the room and saying she was going to charge me 200 if anything happened. I’ve stayed here twice before and was never treated like that before I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt very belittled. DO NOT STAY HERE unless u want to be berated.

The bathroom had visible bugs on the ceiling and in the tub. The room did not feel clean. The parking lot was full so we had to park in the property next door and walk. The smells in the lobby and in the room were a lot to take in. Overall, it felt unsafe and unclean. I do not recommend this property especially for families.

Good sleep, great beds.
The owners and staff were nice. They could have put a couple of bottles of water for the coffee maker. The patio wasn't clean and the tub was dingy. The carpet was old and not as clean as it should be.
