Staff alp seem like they are misserable and don't want to be there. Rioms werent stocked when we got there. No toilet paper kleenex or shampoo and conditioner. Only 3 towels. The workers said they were waiting on truck for three days we stayed so there was no breakfast options. Pool and hot tub were freezing

Needs an update
Check in was easy. The staff was very nice. The room ,however, had issues. The lock on my door didn’t lock properly when I left the room. The deadbolt would stay open not allowing the door to close and lock. I had to fiddle with it every time I left the room. I did mention this to the front desk and they offered to change my room but we were kind of settled in the room and I knew how to work with it. The A/C was kind of loud but it did work and the room needed to be updated and the bed was ok, not great. On the upside, the coffee was very good and the breakfast was good. The location was very convenient to I-95 and there was a gas station nearby. There was also a convenience store at the front desk with frozen sandwiches and snacks. And there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The staff was great all week, until Saturday morning. The staff that was preparing the food was talking in the area people was gathering waiting on a bit to eat, and OMG the lady that was talking to the manager was so rude to the people. Out right RUDE. She told one lady " Don't start, ". WOW the poor lady only ask when will things be ready.
