Beautiful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, and having a convenience store located within the hotel was a big plus. The staff spoke English very well, and they assisted us with both receiving and sending our luggage, which made our travels much easier. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of food options and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel close to night life. Room was kind of small but functional. Windows need better sound insulation, i was on the 26th floor and you can clearly hear the outside as if the windows were fully open. The area around hotel is kind of shady. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stayed at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-Eki Tower for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was a little confusing as it’s 100% self check-in so it was hard to navigate the screens. Room was great with a lot of amenities provided. Cleaning up of rooms by default is once every 3 days (for guests who stayed beyond 3 days), but fresh towels will be provided daily. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, and can be accessible by both the Tanimachi Line and Midosuji Lines (though Midosuji is a bit further). Overall, I think the hotel was a good one. However, one might want to cater an additional 5-10 minutes to wait for the elevator, which will take awhile.

This Apa hotel was great. Had a Lawson’s inside the hotel for easy breakfast. The massage was more of a deep tissue I will find every knot and get it type to massage but boy did it help. They had onsen’s but unfortunately are not tattoo friendly so my friend and I were unable to use it. It was right next to a food street so finding a meal was not hard. Even for how busy it was it was never loud in my room. Definitely enjoyed this Apa hotel.
