The hotel was clean and comfortable is not a modern hotel but not that old either. It has a lockbox, iron and ironing board, coffe maker and hairdryer. The only thingh I didn't about the hotel is that It doesn't have a frige in the room and there is no icemaker in the hotel. The area felt safe and the hotel is located about 10min walk from Estadio Azul, there's a starbucks next to the hotel and a few other restaurants including taco places within walkin distance. El Diplomatico Hotel was very nice. Convenient location close to shopping and dining options. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner a la carte was also very good. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff was also helpful. Hotel manages transportation service to airport and several attractions which was very helpful to us. A very good choice if you are traveling for business or pleasure.
