Make sure to confirm you reservation again!
I arrived on a trip from another state to learn my reservation, which was booked through a third party had been cancelled per the hotel rep. This lead to a lengthy wait and multiple calls before I could check in after a flight across country. Very frustrating, especially with confirmed booking on my end and the end of the third party. The hotel pointed blame while I suffered the uncertainty of check-in with a paid for booking. Once in my room, the hotel condition was average with no major concerns about the stay. Would definitely second guess a future stay due to this experience. However, the housekeeping staff was amazing and very concerned with me having all my room needed during my stay! Kuddos to such an amazing team!

Not the cleanest
Room and bathroom were dirty. Froot Loops and other food on floor, desk and in chairs from previous guests and bathroom had toothpaste splatter all over faucet and mirror. It was 1am, we were tired feom traveling so I cleaned the bathroom myself so we could get ready and go to bed. Just gross. Staff was super friendly, beds comfortable and linens clean. Was hoping for more cleanliness. We reavel a lot and like to find comfy, clean places to stay along the way and we continue to stay at thise places. May give it another try, maybe just a bad day for the cleaning crew.

Large Family Traveling
We are a family of seven, and the hotel room was very spacious! The staff was wonderful. Our room was cleaned with extra garbage bags given for us as we are such a large family. Plus, breakfast had something everyone can eat, and we have many allergies.

It’s okay
The place is older and area immediately surrounding is run down. You have to drive to everything. The breakfast was not very good and the elevator was very scary as it makes a loud sound at the second floor. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had a suite so plenty of room to move around and to put baby activity areas. The lobby is very basic and the floors were creaky so nothing to draw me back to it.

Looked good on the outside.
The ladies at the front desk were excellent! I had locked myself out of my room and they came to the rescue. The hotel facility over all was clean and in order as it should. The room we stayed in was in need of maintenance and upkeep. The bathroom tile had two pieces that were loose and pulled up with ease. The shower walls looked like it had been cleaned bout three of four visitors ago, scale build up that you could take your fingernail and scrape it off. The bathroom over all needed a thorough cleaning. The shower head nearly worked. The HVAC system needed work, the heat barely worked, the air output was horrible.
