Great Stay & Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at Hutchinson Island Hotel. The staff was welcoming, the check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean and comfortable. Hallways were pretty dirty as was the room and the pool. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned properly three times on our first night there. I appreciate the fact that that they try to make their mistakes right, but there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed.

This was a reasonable priced hotel for a weekend trip. The balcony was appreciated, and room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and elevator were dingy and not well kept. There is limited beach area, but it seemed like a good place for families for a short period. Breakfast items were limited.

This hotel is old, but has been remodeled nicely. It was nice having a balcony. The linens were clean, but the mattress was not supportive. Maybe it is because we are used to a foam mattress and this was a spring mattress. Breakfast was good. The employees were wonderful, very accommodating and always with a smile.
