A mix of good and ok
The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. Those are my two main criteria for a good stay. But for a newly-built hotel, the strangest thing for me was that there were no tech plug outlets at all. Not one USB plug anywhere to be found in the entire room. And the room was tiny. Like, why put a king-size bed in a room that could barely accommodate a queen-size bed? I can't imagine two people staying in that room. There was barely enough room to get by the bed to the other side of the room. And what is with the TV that turns on to show a fireplace every time you enter the room? It was a cute idea--once. But having to find the remote control to turn it off each time was just annoying. Other than that, great location--walkable to everywhere, and staff were friendly and helpful.

We were up in Dublin for a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom very spacious and we noted wheelchair accessible . It was a very central location in the city. Didn't need to avail of taxis. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel in a perfect location. Compact but comfy rooms. A stones throw from Temple bar but far enough away to be relatively quiet. The only drawback is the continental breakfast and patchy WiFi.

2nd time staying here. Really nice hotel which is conveniently located on Abbey st. Ideal for shopping. Luas passes outside hotel. Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff. The only negative I found was how bar manager treated & spoke with his staff. I was waiting patiently to be served yet he decided it was appropriate to curse and give out about tills been out in front of guests. Very unprofessional

Great location!
Great location where I could walk to anywhere I wanted to go see. Motel One is next to the Arnott's department store. There are many other department stores in the area, as well as restaurants and smaller supermarkets. I stayed 5 nights. A continental breakfast was served in the hotel, and I had it once. I prefer to go to small coffee places instead.
