Small boutique style hotel, well appointed and maintained. Off season, so area quiet, but appreciated the excellent dining options in the hotel (pub and dining room). Only downside was that the restaurant was delayed opening for breakfast on our last day. Did have some trouble with the tv remote and front desk staff were not overly helpful, but otherwise staff was great. When checked in, lovely welcome tray of tea and cookies awaited us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when return to area.

It is a wonderful hotel, that has a very nice location in the town site of Waterton. It has an awesome restaurant and pub on the hotels 1st floor. Cleanliness and condition the room was very surprisingly excellent for being in a tourist town . The only thing I would improve upon would be TV channel options. All that was available on our huge beautiful tv was pre-recorded shows like Crime shows etc. We could not access regular cable channels that aired live like CBS, NBC, ABC, CTV or GLOBAL. Otherwise this is really really nice hotel.

Kilmorey Lodge exceeded expectations with its warm, welcoming atmosphere and stellar service. Staff like James, the sous-chef, Erin the bartender along with Brent and Jordan at the front desk, truly made an impression with their exceptional hospitality and friendly demeanor. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms and accessories added to the overall wonderful experience. I'd say Kilmorey Lodge is a must-stay if you're looking for a place in Waterton that feels like a home away from home.

Tall people don't fit in top floor, low ceiling and the microwave is install on the floor. The hot tub wasn't working after a long drive. The check-in agent was the rudest I've encountered in years. They try to send guests their own check in code. However getting there from most directions has virtually no cell coverage to receive it.
