My son chose this hotel because of swimming pool. However, we learned when we arrived at the hotel that days of the week is divided for men and women. That day was women's day and we learned we are not allowed to use the pool that day but next day. We would stay only one night. So, we had to cancel our reservation. The staff at the reception were helpful but it is not nice to mention that swimming days are divided between men and women on their website.

The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. The breakfast was Ok, but no coffee at all! Only instant coffee and the coffee machine, Nescafé, which was broken. A real shame since Turkey has very good coffee.

Tek geceligine konakladık. Otelin konumu ulaşım noktasından kolay fakat ana yoldan otelin girişine giden yol bayağı bozuk. Genel olarak çalışanlar ilgili ve kibardı. Otelin iç dizaynı güzel olsa da hizmet konusunda problemler vardı. Her otelde standart olan sabun şampuan el sabunu gibi malzemeler eksikti istediğimizde de hepsini getirmediler. Sabunu doldurmaya gelen arkadaş yerdeki ayak havluumuzun üzerine ayakkabıyla bastı o havluyu bir daha kullanamadık. Ayrıca duşa kabin de yukarıdan Yağmurlama yapan başlık ucundan patlamıştı her tarafı su yaptı. Yatak çarşafında yırtıklar vardı. Gecelik konaklamaya dahil olan kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık fakat hizmet noktasında eksikleri var.

Personeller güler yüzlüydü. Konumu iyiydi ve otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Ancak otelin karşısında inşaat vardı ve gün içinde gürültüsü oluyordu. Banyo ve vc kurumuş lekeler vardı. Kahvaltılık ürünler taze değildi. Solmuş ve kararmış yeşillikler ile yoğurtlu salata yapılmıştı.

Mükemmel bir otel.personeller de çok ilgili.kahvaltısınıda çok beğendik.havuz kısmını otele geç saatlerde gittiğimiz için göremedik.acil işimiz çıktığı için de sabah kahvaltı yapıp ayrıldık o yüzden havuza bizim islerimizden dolayı giremeden dönmüş olduk.konum olarak da çok güzel sakin bir yerde olması da çok iyi.sadece tek eleştirim banyoda duşa kabin kapılı olmadığı için sular etrafa sıçrıyor. Bizim kaldığımız oda mı öyleydi genel bir durum mu onu bilemiyorum.onun dışında gönül rahatlığıyla gidebileceğiniz ve havuzlu nadir otellerden diye bilirim
