Room was clean, comfortable, and laid out nice. Could use a few more accessible plugs in the room. BEWARE: Casino ramp is NOT favorable for mobility challenged guests. Overall well worth the price and food is great with plenty of options. Meals were priced favorable when taken into consideration of being located in casino environment.

Hotel is beautiful, stated in a lower floor so was a renovated room. Very nice rooms. Service was sub par. Took 5 hours to get towels… literally. Only one food option really. Couldn’t find a coffee shop at a “resort”. 21 and only pool only real amenity outside of casino. Not much to do in Shreveport so would have been nice to have some additional options for entertainment. Probably won’t stay again and will try another resort if I have to visit the area.

Military spouses don’t matter!

The casino security would not accept my “spouse” military ID to allow me to enter the casino even though it is a government issued ID with my photo and date of birth!
