Great hotel and location - but load noise in room

Everything was good, nice room, facilities and location. But we could not sleep properly all night, there was a load exhaust noise (even with air off). So we both had a very interrupted(almost no sleep). Also the shut out blind was broken, so we could not close this. Meant lots of light came in from sunrise.

Simple but clean bedroom. Bathroom lacked ventilation and very stuffy. Breakfast was not really inspiring. The location is great and staff even better. We were made most welcome when we arrived and the night manager, Lily, was just amazing. She looked after us just like you would be looked after in a 5 star hotel.
