The first room was not ready and was a smokers room. The bext room was nice and was comfortable. Only one elevator worked the bar and restruant was shut down and closed off. No ice or snakes were available on 4th floor. Shuttle to airport and parking were good.

be ready for a supposedly $100 security deposit and no one around to return it back at 11am checkout. Complete mislead from website photos and amenities! This hotel really needs to be closed and refurbished. It had a moldy smell upon entering the facility. A huge blowing fan on the first floor next to the elevators. 4th floor looks like they had a flood with peeling wallpaper in the hallway. Front desk gentleman needs hospitality training. My room had dirty dusty curtains. and a dirty bed spread I tossed. Front desk staff needs hospitality training. They team needs to be motivated and some training in customer service. Restaurant never opened, pool closed and very dirty. Did not have a breakfast as stated on the web site. id you have allergies this is not the place to go!

The hotel is in serious need of a revamp—everything felt worn down and neglected. The most concerning part was the overwhelming, unpleasant smell throughout the property, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I understand things happen, but this place did not meet even basic expectations. Would not choose to stay here again.

This person approached me and my son in a suspicious manner. The staff ignored the situation.
