My recent stay in this Hotel was, unfortunately, an experience I wouldn’t wish on any traveler. From the moment I was trying to checked in, I encountered nothing but blatant disregard and unprofessional behavior that left me disappointed and frustrated. I felt like I was begging for a favor instead of being a customer.
The reception staff lacked basic courtesy and seemed indifferent to my needs. Instead of being greeted warmly or treated like a valued guest, I was met with cold, dismissive attitudes that set an unpleasant tone for the entire stay. They demonstrated a total discrepancy and indifference with Expedia clients highlighting differences with Expedia policies and clients. I do not know how Expedia does not supervise hotels are part of its offer. This hotel is damaging Expedia’s reputation and trust.
I graded the hotel with 1 because that is the lowest grade based on Expedia Scale; if I could use my experience in this hotel I would grade it wit a -100.
PLEASE, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. I strongly advise against staying here if you value courtesy, comfort, or a welcoming environment. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
