The whole process from booking to check out was seamless and really felt like they wanted to do their best for you. Despite being on a busy road, inside was very quiet and the location was great near a tram stop. Everything was as advertised and instructions how to get there were perfect. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was amazing. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and the area here is very convenient for public transportation. With laundry available in the facility, it made our trip easier. Rooms are very clean and they were spacious for 4 people. Definitely will stay here again when we come back here.
