2star hotel n a fabulous position…. You can walk in everywhere in the centre of the city…great location The hallways and public areas are very old. The room is exceptionally small.The shower looked like it needed a big clean and bleach. There was a lot of mould on the base of the shower. The toilet roll holder was broken!!!! Why not fix these small thngs

This hotel is very well located at a very good rate. The Rossio area is really walkable while also being a little quieter and close to great amenities like a grocery store right next door. Our room was quite big since we got 3 twins. The only thing I would say is the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and also the pillows were very thin.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel in the past year, fantastic location. Hotel itself is modest with no frills, but is in the heart of everything.

Sometimes we needed hot water but there is no kettle, and they did not provide cutlery or crockery so we couldn't have coffee in the room, but hotel stuff told me there was a microwave in the storage room in front of the elevator that you could use to boil water and take it with you. So that's not comfortable.
