Almost-Excellent Hotel

This hotel provided everything. A spacious room with black-out automatic movable window, plus sheets too. Mini fridge, soft-closing doors and drawers, temperature-controlled water dispenser in the corridor, and fast wifi through-out. Only downside was the lack of BBC World News or any English TV channels.

Love the service and general cleanliness of the hotel. The view was amazing, unfortunately the rooftop pool was undergoing renovations. They serve breakfast here for a fee. Unfortunately the ceilings appear to have had some water infiltration at some point. Overall, the room they provided gave my girlfriend and I a very very positive experience. Hotel was conveniently located to MTR and bus service.

While located in an industrial area, the Arca by itself is a welcoming hotel that I would definitely consider booking it again when re-visiting Hong Kong. In addition to its remarkable cleanliness and staff services, I like this hotel being so closely linked to Aberdeen (a residential area with many affordable traditional eating places prividing a variety of yummy Chinese/Hong kong food) by minibuses, and almost everywhere in the city by the efficient mass transit railway system.

The room is very clean and nice layout for you to put two luggage at different area so you have room to open it and take out your clothes. Friendly staff and you need a room card to get in if you go back to the hotel after 12 am. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel twice during this trip for a total of 10 days. Really love rhis hotel. I had the sea view room, overseeing Aberdeen Marina Club., beautiful view. Staff are very helpful and friendly. From reception to room service and to staff at the front door. The service level was way better than a 5 star hotel that I recently stayed in Vegas.

Stunning two bedroom suite!

We stayed at the Arca for a week with our two small children and it was absolutely stunning. The view from the two bedroom Seaview suite Is even more amazing in real life than it is in the pictures. It took our breath away when we arrived. The beds are also really comfortable and the towels really fluffy. We had all the facilities we needed to make our stay really comfortable. It was particularly great having a filtered water tap in the kitchen area and having kitchen towel provided. There were also slippers and dressing gown provided which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and we found it to be a great location for getting around with good transport links. We didn’t really want to leave. The two bedroom suite is a perfect base for a family with small children in Hong Kong. The rooftop bar with Pool was a really great space However, the pool is not heated so is really too cold to spend too much time in. But the loungers next to the pool are lovely places to hang out on. The restaurant was also very good with a beautiful outside space. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Good sized room with great view. Facilities quite new and modern as the hotel is about 3 to 4 yesrs old. Room to improve on cleaniness as there are a few small flies in the bathroom and ventilation fan a bit noisy. Otherwise a very good hotel.
