Not happy
My wife is allergic to feathers yet all the pillows and duvet were made of feathers. We asked for them to be replaced and they only brought two pillows at first. We then had to leave to get to our dinner reservation and we asked again at reception, to be told they had no more pillows and they were trying to get some. This didn't leave us with much confidence we would even sleep at the hotel. Luckily by the time we returned to the hotel they had provided non feathered items, however the thought of having to find another hotel ruined our dinner.

Overall we were happy with the hotel and location . The stay started off rough as we didn’t get an upgrade with my gold access and when we left we were not allowed a late check out which kinda sucked .
